The company hereby declares that the company’s only official website is: www.transcenta.com.
Please use the following tips to avoid phishing and fraud in the name of the company, and know how to deal with suspicious emails, calls or other information when you receive them.
Phishing refers to fraudulent attempts to get personal information from you, usually by emails, text messages, phone calls, instant messaging tools, etc. But scammers use any means they can to trick you into sharing information or giving them money, including:
• Fraudulent emails and other information that look like they're from Transcenta
• Providing false recruitment information, arranging fake interviews or sending fake offer letters
• Impersonating our company and its partners for scam calls or voice messages
If you're suspicious about an unexpected message, call, or request for personal information or money, it's safer to presume it's a scam and contact our company directly if you need to.
How to identify fraudulent emails and messages
Scammers will try to imitate Transcenta’s emails, phone calls and text messages, and lure you into providing them with personal information, bank account information and passwords. Usually, scammers will claim to offer you job opportunities to attract your attention, or they may threaten you to provide them with information or money.
These signs can help you identify phishing emails:
• The sender’s email address or phone number does not match the name of the company that it claims to be from. Please note that the only email address we use to send recruitment information is: hr@transcenta.com
• The email or phone they used to contact you is different from the one that you gave that company.
• A link in a message looks right, but the URL doesn’t match the company’s website.
• The message looks significantly different from other messages that you’ve received from the company.
• The message requests personal information, like a credit card number or account password.
• The message is unsolicited and contains an attachment.
If you receive fraudulent emails and messages, receive suspicious calls or voice messages
You can take the following measures to avoid scams against you.
• Never share personal information such as name, age, home address, employer, credit card number, etc., unless you can confirm that the recipient’s identity is real.

• If you receive a call that claims to be from our company and its partners but is actually unknown or suspicious, please hang up immediately.
• Call us or send us an email to confirm the authenticity of the information you received.
